KIDS CuddleKit is hosting a read across Yuma event called Yuma's Reading Round Up: Giddy Up Fuddle on Thursday, October 7. Classrooms in schools across Yuma will unite at 2:10 p.m. and read our Fuddle Learns to Cuddle book on this special day. The event will promote the importance of reading and bring the community together to read and hear the message of kindness. Community leaders and representatives will be invited to serve as guest readers in select classrooms.

Reading Roundup Photo Contest
Anyone in the Yuma community may submit a photo. It's easy! Just submit your most creative photo and a brief description (no more than 3 sentences) of you reading. Group photos can be submitted - so gather your co-workers, friends, or family. Be creative! Show us your favorite location in Yuma to read, your favorite book, your favorite reading pajama pants! First, second and third place photo prizes will be awarded. Mail your photo by Sept 30 with your name, phone number and description to: Reading Roundup Photo Contest, 340 W 32nd Street #354, Yuma, AZ 85364. Photo contest winners will be announced on October 7 through local media outlets. One photo entry per person please. Photos will not be returned. Prizes will include: First place - Bose sound system, $50 Barnes and Noble Gift Card, books. Second place - $25 Barnes and Noble gift card and book basket. Third place - $10 Barnes and Noble gift card and book basket
